Refunds

Overview

Orders for Transaction Coordination services cannot be cancelled if the file has been initiated.

Also, due to the nature of customization of items purchased, returns are not allowed. We will always strive to work with you to rectify any issues you may have with purchased items.

Partial Refunds

Cancelled Transaction Coordination services may be fully or partially refunded due to a terminated purchase transaction between Buyer and Seller.

Cancelled product purchases that have been ordered where customization has not begun, or orders that have been partially completed may be refunded or partially refunded.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven (7) business days.

Please note that there is often processing time on our end and then additional processing time by your credit card company before a refund is posted. If paid by direct bank payment, EFT or Wire, a check will be issued and mailed to you.
